• Employment history, CVs, licences, endorsements (e.g., Class 2–5, BESS, HPMV, DG, F endorsement)
• Referees or emergency contacts
• Any other details you choose to provide when applying for roles, registering interest, or contacting us

1.2 Non-Personal Information

• When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
• IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, access times, referring websites
• Aggregated analytics and traffic trends

1.3 Sensitive Information

Where necessary for specific roles, we may collect additional information such as driving history, endorsements, or criminal record checks. We’ll only do so with your consent and as it’s allowed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver and manage professional on-hire, recruitment, and assessment services
• Assess your suitability for roles and introduce you to clients or employers
• Communicate with you about opportunities, updates, or business matters
• Meet contractual, operational, and legal obligations
• Improve our website, systems, and services

We only keep personal information for as long as it is needed for these purposes unless law requires a longer retention. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

3. Your Rights: Access, Correction & Deletion

You have the right to:

• Ask us to correct any inaccuracies
• Request the deletion of your data (where lawful)

• To potential employers or clients for recruitment and placement
• To trusted service providers (e.g., IT, payroll, background checks) under confidentiality agreements
• To overseas recipients where safeguards under IPP12 (Cross-Border Disclosure) are in place
• When required by law or to protect our rights, property, and safety or that of others

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.

5. Privacy Breaches

• If a privacy breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will:
• Notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner
• Notify affected individuals as soon as practicable

6. Indirect Collection (IPP3A – effective 1 May 2026)

From 1 May 2026, if we collect your information from third parties (e.g., references, job boards, or public sources), we will notify you unless an exception applies (such as confidentiality or law enforcement needs).

7. Biometric Information (effective 3 November 2025)

We do not currently collect biometric information (e.g., fingerprints, facial recognition, voiceprints).
If this changes, we will comply with the Biometric Privacy Code, including risk assessments, notification, and safeguards.

8. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Enable functionality and security
• Analyse visitor behaviour
• Improve your browsing experience

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of online transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been provided, we will delete it promptly.
